Check-ins, mid-term visits and check-outs, room by room. Condition and cleanliness recorded separately, photographs kept with the item they show, and a dated, versioned PDF report. Check-outs are compared with the check-in item by item.

How Qamix works

Evidence stays with what it proves. Original photographs are kept exactly as taken; reports show copies without location data.
Issued means issued. A report version is frozen when it is issued. Corrections become a new version with the reason shown; the earlier one stays available.
Your records are yours. Each organisation’s records are kept separate; nothing is merged because two addresses match.
